Used this for a three week field exercise where our weapons were with us at all times. It kept my Beretta 9mm very secure and never did I worry about it being removed or becoming unsecure. Drop leg buckles and leg buckles make it easy to remove without taking off the belt loop. Was in severe heat, humidity, and a few days of rain but never compromised the feel or how the weapons sits.
