This kit has all the parts you need including the Idler. It is actually much easier to replace both the belt and the tensioner at the same time on the 6.7L Cumings. But, it's a big job regardless and just finishing the job by also replacing the Idler means you won't need to revisit the belt for another 100K miles. Amazon says this kit won't fit the Dodge Ram 6.7L Cumings. But, it is the correct part per gates. You can go to their web site for a listing for any vehicle.
